As a Scheduling Specialist, you coordinate caregiver coverage according to client assessments and care plans. You manage schedule changes, back-fill shifts, and staffing issues while maintaining positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate caregiver schedules for recent and existing clients
Arrange shift back-fill for absences and tardiness
Record refusals, callouts, arrivals, and departures in software

Requirements:
