This Manager role supports a newly established capability focused on investment restriction governance. You will become a subject matter expert in lifecycle processes, workflows, and controls. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable operating practices and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop standards and governance practices for investment restrictions
Manage intake, interpretation, approval, coding, testing, and review workflows
Gather requirements and evaluate potential technology solutions
Coordinate testing, implementation,



and change management activities
Support strategic initiatives across Portfolio Compliance and Operations Risk

Requirements:
Five-plus years in asset management or related disciplines
Understanding of investment management processes and restriction lifecycles
Experience with business transformation, automation, or process improvement
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Qualified designations such as CFA or PMP are assets
