This Assistant Store Manager role supports Pandora’s Store Manager and helps the team exceed sales goals and KPI expectations. You will build brand loyalty through product knowledge, inspire accountability, and contribute to hiring Sales Associates and Sales Leads. Robust retail execution remains central.

Requirements:
Two or more years’ high-performance selling experience
Ability to connect with people across the organization
Robust analytical thinking and business judgment
Effective delegation and priority-setting abilities
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
