This Quality System Management Manager oversees quality activities within the plasma donor center and Canadian Plasma supply chain areas. You will coordinate quality initiatives, assess process performance, and support compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The role provides direct supervision and leadership to two quality support specialists.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Center Management on donor safety
Implement quality control and regulatory SOPs
Prepare, execute, and respond to audits
Assess CAPA effectiveness and process improvements
Review donor records, adverse events, and test results
Requirements: Post-graduate Quality Management certification preferred
Two years’ related regulated laboratory or manufacturing experience
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Robust oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational and planning skills
