You will serve high-value personal and small business clients as an expert advisor. You will address complex personal and business needs while supporting client goals and key life events.

Provide advice on everyday banking, investments, and credit
Resolve client concerns at the first point of contact




Educate clients about digital self-service options
Collaborate with financial planning and business banking professionals
Exigences: Valid Mutual Funds accreditation
Completed Quebec Personal Finance Certificate of Achievement
One to two years of financial services sales experience
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
English and French bilingualism required
