As a Mortgage Specialist, you provide advice throughout mortgage applications while identifying client needs and referring appropriate BMO products. You analyze information, recommend solutions, and work mostly independently within policies, regulations, and risk requirements. Robust communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Act as customer advocate during application processing
Coordinate with BMO teams and customers
Provide banking product referrals based on client needs
Analyze data and prepare reports or dashboards
Apply risk management and regulatory requirements
Requirements: Three to five years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth personal lending and mortgage knowledge
Analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills
Fluent French and English communication
Support BMO customers with bilingual mortgage advice, analytical recommendations, and compliant home financing coordination.
