Guide production of large-scale data center equipment with Silent-Aire, using safety, quality, and scheduling expertise. The assignment is a weekend night shift.
Silent-Aire manufactures custom air handling units and modular data centers as part of Johnson Controls. This Production Supervisor leads manufacturing activities, supports production rates, and maintains accountability for overall quality assurance performance. You will coordinate supervisors, workers, management, customers, contractors, and industry peers while meeting schedule and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead production activities across manufacturing departments
Maintain quality ownership and overall QA performance
Ensure schedules and work orders meet deadlines
Coordinate supervisors, management,



and operational stakeholders
Support employee motivation, efficiency, and production rates
Requirements: Production supervision experience of three or more years
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Knowledge of manufacturing safe practices and processes
Ability to communicate across organizational levels
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma knowledge preferred
Bring manufacturing leadership, quality accountability, and safety discipline to Silent-Aire’s data center equipment production team.
