As a Hoist Operator reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will transport employees between floors and support organized site operations. The work requires hoist inspections, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination with team members. Duties also include deliveries, garbage handling, and hoist deck upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hoists and elevators transporting employees between floors
- Complete daily pre-shift and post-shift hoist inspections
- Troubleshoot hoist gate contacts and operational problems
- Organize deliveries and maintain a explicit hoist deck
- Coordinate garbage cleaning, loading, and bin callouts

Requirements:

- Valid Hoist Ticket
- Previous construction site experience
- Hard hat, vest, and steel-toe boots
- Ability to perform in high-demand situations
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
