Lead specialty coffee service at Bridgehead Coffee on Sparks Street in Ottawa, using hospitality and team leadership to guide each shift.
As Shift Supervisor, you will lead coffeehouse operations when the manager is absent and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach Baristas, uphold standards for cleanliness and quality, and support accurate cash handling. The work also includes fostering collaboration, responding professionally to customer needs, and maintaining health and safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations during the manager’s absence
- Train and mentor Baristas for consistency and skill development
- Model Bridgehead cleanliness, quality,
and efficiency standards
- Support cash handling and accurate operational records
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
- At least one year in supervisory or similar leadership work
- Customer-focused hospitality mindset and solid communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
- Food Handler Certificate required before contract signing
- Ability to lift up to 40 kilograms during shifts
