As Senior Manager, you will support buy-side and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Your work will address complex tax issues, Canadian and international private equity funds, sale purchase agreements, and post-closing matters. You will guide client engagements and technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Completed CPA designation or LLB Completed Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax program At least six years of professional services experience specializing in Tax Experience with M&A; transactions and client expectation management Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills Apply transaction tax, private equity, and leadership expertise as Senior Manager supporting BDO clients and teams.
