As Warehouse Lead, you assist store management with daily operations and maintain an organized, clean backroom. You unload, stock, retrieve, and communicate merchandise while supervising warehouse team members. The role also supports accurate logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Unload, stock, and retrieve backroom merchandise
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members
- Manage inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts
- Print receiving reports and communicate merchandise arrivals

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize warehouse work
- Ability to make shipping and receiving decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
