Support residents overnight as a Personal Support Worker at Waterford Barrie Retirement Living, providing person-centered care from 11pm to 7am.

This temporary part-time position with Sienna Senior Living focuses on residents’ daily health, comfort, dignity, and respect. You will build relationships with residents and families while supporting individualized care plans, bedside care, communication tools, mobility devices, and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide respectful support with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
- Assist residents with glasses, hearing devices, and communication tools
- Ensure access to walkers, canes, and call bells
- Offer cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support




- Encourage participation in individual and group engagement programs

Requirements:

- Completed accredited Personal Support Worker program or recognized nursing degree
- Deliver secure bedside care, straightforward treatments, and procedures
- Communicate tactfully and professionally with residents, families, and colleagues
- Compassionate, patient, and motivated to enrich seniors’ lives
- Pass Vulnerable Sector Check and meet Canadian work eligibility
