This Sales Assistant position focuses on freshness and exceptional customer experiences at COBS Bread. You will work with a small team, build relationships with loyal customers, merchandise products, and execute marketing campaigns. You will also help keep the bakery clean and assist with production as needed, learning some baking along the way. No prior experience is necessary, provided you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn. Successful candidates are reliable, self-motivated, positive, friendly, and approachable. Relevant retail experience and familiarity with cash, credit card, and debit transactions are robust assets. The role requires continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting up to 7.5 kilograms,
and occasional lifting up to 22 kilograms.
