Larga Baffin seeks a Client Care Supervisor skilled in coaching staff, resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining dependable Front Desk service. Rotational on-call participation is required.
Reporting to the Manager of Client Care, you will help deliver client service standards at a busy medical-care facility. Responsibilities span staff supervision, training, scheduling, security procedures, and communication with partners. The position suits an experienced customer service leader who can manage priorities and pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Support performance management and address staff concerns
Review electronic timesheets for departmental accuracy
Coach staff on customer service and emergency procedures
Coordinate with Facilities, Transportation,
and Food Services
Support referrals, accommodations, travel documentation, and partner communication
Requirements:
Five to seven years in customer service
Three or more years supervising or leading teams
Hospitality and Tourism or related post-secondary education
Solid training, mentoring, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
First Aid, CPR, and AED certification or willingness to learn
Use supervision, training, and problem-solving strengths to support Larga Baffin clients, staff, and Front Desk operations.
