Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Analyst to own search strategy. You will direct keyword planning, on-page optimization, content priorities, link development, local search, and multi-location SEO. You will explain ranking movement clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Own search strategy across a book of client accounts
Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization plans
Prioritize content with writers and AI producing drafts
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Explain ranking changes during client conversations

Requirements:
Three or more years of practical SEO experience
Hands-on experience completing audits and SEO fixes
Agency background supporting multiple clients concurrently
Fluent use of Search Console and GA4
Explicit spoken English for live calls with US clients
