This future prospect supports Olympus Property’s continued growth in the Denver area. The Maintenance Technician diagnoses HVAC units, replaces filters, cleans coils, and completes repairs involving plumbing, appliances, fixtures, electrical components, doors, and locks. The role also collaborates with the Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units
Replace HVAC filters and clean coils
Complete minor to moderate plumbing repairs and installations
Repair kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and microwaves
Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician daily

Requirements:
At least two years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance
Knowledge of HVAC systems
EPA/HVAC license welcomed as stated
Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Emergency availability as needed
