Drive retail sales performance and coach teams as Store Manager for Connects Wireless, the largest Bell Authorized Dealer in British Columbia.

Based at the Salmon Arm branch, this full time, in-person position oversees operations, staffing, sales execution, and customer service. You will monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and help the store achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role also supports outreach, promotions, events, inventory, and merchandising while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute outreach, outside-sales, promotions, and sales strategies
Analyze performance trends and support target achievement
Submit weekly operational updates and trackers
Maintain stock levels, replenishments,



displays, and documentation
Support escalations and memorable customer experiences

Requirements:
Two or more years of management experience required
Robust analytical skills with sales-target achievement ability
Commissionable sales experience preferred
Telecommunications experience preferred
Ability to travel between Kelowna and Salmon Arm
