Reporting to the regional manager, you will support an investment advisor and their clients. Success requires attention to detail, digital literacy, accountability, and wealth management experience.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out client deposit and withdrawal instructions
Process transfers and currency conversion requests
Prepare timely portfolio reports for meetings
Schedule appointments and develop meeting agendas
Support adherence to compliance and risk rules
Requirements: Two years of relevant banking or wealth experience
Completed related college or university diploma
Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam or equivalent
Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge
Registered Representative licensing is preferred
