As a Global HR Coordinator, you will support HR Business Partners and the HR Director, People Operations. Your work will include HRIS administration, onboarding, reporting, audits, and cross-border employee support. You will coordinate across North America and multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee data across global HR systems
Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
Respond to employee queries across multiple countries
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and employee programs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Two to four years of HR coordination experience
HRIS experience with robust data management skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and high confidentiality
