This Licensed Assistant role supports clients and advisors across financial services activities. You will manage account maintenance, client communications, documentation, calendars, and transaction requests. The position also involves compliance records, financial planning support, CRM systems, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Answer client questions and address service needs promptly
Process account openings, transfers, updates, and maintenance requests
Coordinate meetings, calendars, documentation, and client reports




Submit trade orders under advisor direction
Maintain records and support compliance reviews
Requirements: Relevant securities licenses, such as CSC, CPH, or WME
Fluency in French and English for client communications
Solid organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous similar experience, preferably within financial services
Bring licensed financial administration, bilingual communication, and client account expertise to Manulife’s Corporate Advisor support team.
