Closer Conveyancing is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead research initiatives across Ontario and Alberta, helping us understand lawyers, clerks, and clients' needs when using our property closing software.
Reporting to the Head of UX Research, you will plan and execute user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability studies, translating insights into actionable product decisions while collaborating with product, design, engineering and marketing teams.
