As Market Operations Coordinator, you will help maintain smooth daily operations while working closely with market leadership and the Vendor Management Committee. Responsibilities include front desk leadership, vendor management, communications, office organization, and financial administration. Success requires balancing detailed work with changing market-day priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate front desk service and daily team support
Organize Young Entrepreneur, busker, charity, and tour bookings
Address vendor concerns and monitor site policy adherence
Maintain office supplies, inventory,
and shared spaces
Support vendor recruitment, applications, and selection
Requirements:
Experience coordinating administrative activities in busy environments
Office administration and routine financial reporting experience
Vendor, tenant, or small business experience is an asset
Clear skilled written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Use customer service, organization, and vendor coordination skills to help deliver consistent market operations for visitors and businesses.
