Strengthen payment accuracy at Lightform’s Edmonton head office through detailed AP management, vendor reconciliation, and foreign currency accounting. Work closely with accounting leadership.
Lightform is seeking an experienced accounting qualified to own payment processes from invoice intake through payment runs. The role requires careful review of coding errors, pricing mismatches, duplicates, and missing documentation. You will prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, support month-end close, and collaborate with purchasing and accounting leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Review invoices, coding, three-way matches, approvals, and payments
Optimize timely payments and available early-pay discounts
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currencies
Support Controllers with reporting, audits, and special projects
Requirements: Three-plus years of accounting experience with strong AP experience
Exposure to GL maintenance and month-end close
Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge
Exceptional detail orientation for coding and documentation review
Ability to work independently and with a team
Apply reconciliation precision, AP expertise, and clear communication to support Lightform’s accounting operations and Edmonton-based team.
