As Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop employees while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. You will manage daily workflows, financials, ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and customer concerns. The role supports a welcoming store environment and compliance with AGLC rules, provincial regulations, alcohol regulations, and company standards.

Requirements: Minimum three years of retail workplace experience
Minimum three years in supervisory or management roles
ProServe certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift forty pounds and stand or walk most shifts
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
