This Enterprise Enrolment Analyst partners with IT, Sales, Implementation, clients, and external partners. Responsibilities include electronic enrolment, manual-to-electronic change management, issue resolution, reporting, and system reviews. The position also provides subject matter expertise and may back up Business Analysts when required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate electronic enrolment with internal stakeholders
Manage conversion from manual to electronic enrolment
Resolve enrolment file layout and system issues
Produce reports from enrolment activity analysis
Provide enrolment subject matter expertise
Requirements: Bilingual French and English proficiency
Degree, diploma, or related work experience
Resourcefulness when working through complex challenges
Advanced Excel and database utility skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
