Brand Integration Project Manager with marketing project expertise will align roadmaps, guidelines, and deadlines across RB Global. The work spans organizational teams and campaigns.

This manager owns planning and delivery across the Brand and Marketing team and wider organization. You will coordinate acquisition efforts, brand integration, digital campaigns, page launches, guides, and brochures. Success requires explicit communication, detailed organization, and ownership from scope through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initial scope through final delivery
Coordinate brand, content, creative, digital, PR, events, and social
Apply brand and marketing guidelines across projects




Hold teams accountable to timelines and agreed guidelines
Lead process improvements that reduce rework and steps

Requirements:
Three or more years of project management experience
Marketing, creative, or agency experience preferred
Solid communication across wide-ranging organizational personalities
Comfort with Agile or similar project methods
M&A; or brand integration experience is a plus

Use project leadership, brand integration knowledge, and communication skills to deliver coordinated marketing work for RB Global.
