Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager ? HIRING | Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager

? Experience: 10+ Years | Contract / Full-Time

? Global / Managed Services Setting

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager to lead large-scale global transitions from incumbent MSPs to current service providers.

? Must Have:

5+ years leading large-scale MSP transitions

Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Service Desk & Security operations knowledge

Experience with major global MSPs and multi-country 24x7 environments

Solid executive stakeholder & steering committee management

ServiceNow / CMDB / Monitoring & Observability experience preferred
