As a Stockperson and Cartpusher, you support Customer Service operations through cart retrieval, carry outs, carry ins, and receipt verification. You also complete logs, safety sweeps, equipment inspections, and occasional cleaning duties. The work includes established chemical handling, disposal, and equipment procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely using Walmart approved procedures
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Respond to register and Customer Service requests
- Complete logs, safety sweeps, and equipment inspections
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow safety and emergency protocols consistently
- Use steel toe footwear and a reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
