Assemble Eaton electrical products in Delta, British Columbia, using hand and power tools while following manufacturing information documents. Work from 7am to 3:30pm.

The Production Assistant reports to the Satellite Plant Manager within Eaton's ES AMER PCS division. You will mechanically assemble, fit, install, and modify components, sub-assemblies, and structures for site product lines. The work includes panelboards, switchboards, and control assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret manufacturing information documents for production work
- Assemble, fit, install, label, and test components
- Complete quality checks and prepare products for shipping
- Assist departments under supervision and guide co-workers




- Maintain 5S responsibilities and dispose of scrap materials

Requirements:

- High school diploma and completed six-month probation
- Manufacturing and electrical knowledge or experience
- Basic to intermediate computer and database skills
- Two years' fabrication or assembly experience preferred
- Understanding of safety requirements and willingness to work overtime
