Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers for its Supply Chain team. You will fill, check, and pack orders while selecting floor stock for pallets. The work includes freezer assignments, safety procedures, repetitive physical tasks, and shipping-area housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fill, check, and pack orders throughout the warehouse
- Use pallet jacks and headset systems
- Select floor stock and assemble pallets
- Maintain clean shipping and receiving areas
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:

- Verbal communication skills and headset comfort
- Ability to work in freezers when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for evening and weekend shift work
- Ability to complete two weeks of full-time training
