As Manager, you will drive sales, support store operations, and represent Claire’s products and services. The position combines retail leadership, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and piercing training. You will help customers express themselves while supporting the Store Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Crush sales goals through experiences, upselling, and promotions
- Conduct piercings and explain aftercare following training
- Maintain displays, inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts




- Support the Store Manager and motivate the team
- Oversee operations, cash transactions, and promotional activities

Requirements:

- At least one year of retail management experience
- Some high school completed
- Proficiency operating POS systems and handling transactions
- Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy
- Ability to stand, maneuver 11-35 kilograms, and climb
