Support patient-focused care at WELL as a part-time Medical Office Assistant in North Point, using scheduling and clinic administration skills. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

Work collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to support smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care. Handle appointments, referrals, results management, billing, patient check-ins, and examination room preparation. Laboratory support includes specimen preparation, basic on-site testing, instrument sterilization, and safe disposal of contaminated supplies. Protect patient information while completing assigned clinical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer calls and greet patients respectfully and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, manage referrals, results, and billing




- Check in patients and prepare examination spaces
- Support specimens, basic tests, sterilization, and disposal
- Maintain confidentiality and complete assigned clinic duties
