Lead daily Gas Bar operations at South Country Co-op’s Eagle Butte location in Dunmore, using customer service and supervisory skills. Full time availability includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Reporting to the Gas Bar/C-Store Manager, this supervisor supports smooth operations and a high-performing team. The work combines leadership with sales, inventory control, merchandising, administration, POS transactions, stocking, and safety standards. The position also performs Gas Bar Attendant duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily Gas Bar operations and support the Manager
- Deliver world-class customer service and resolve inquiries professionally
- Assist with inventory, orders, shipments, and merchandising




- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Support training, cleanliness, stocking, and safety compliance

Requirements:

- At least 16 years of age
- Minimum two years of retail experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift specified weights and work in extreme weather
