Use pet care knowledge and retail expertise as a part time Keyholder serving customers at Pet Valu’s Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island store.

This Keyholder position supports all store operations and helps create healthy, playful lives for pets. You will recommend products, process sales, manage merchandise and banking paperwork, maintain the store, and support inventory activities. The role also includes opening and closing responsibilities and daily task assignment when store managers are away.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recommend products and services for pets and families
- Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking supplies
- Complete sweeping, dusting, and general store maintenance
- Represent the store in surrounding communities
- Follow company procedures when opening and closing

Requirements:

- Two or more years of retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of point of sale systems
- Friendly, outgoing approach with solid customer service skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to fifty pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
