Drive growth design for Everand and Fable with robust visual craft, experimentation, and subscription experience across Scribd Flex locations. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape growth and lifecycle experiences across two Premium products. You will partner with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities, run experiments, and ship work that moves conversion, activation, retention, or revenue. The role reports to the Director of Product Design. Key Responsibilities:
Own subscriber journeys across onboarding, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle Connect Fable’s community with Everand’s library Scope experiments and define success metrics with product management Prototype, test,
and ship production-ready experiences Analyze results and recommend future experiments Requirements:
Five or more years of product design experience Experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products Strong visual and interaction design craft Experience shipping experiments affecting key business metrics Daily use of AI for exploration and prototyping Shape subscriber journeys for Everand and Fable through experimentation, visual craft, customer insight, and thoughtful product design.
