Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products
- Promote company programs and promotions to shoppers
- Maintain signage, merchandise presentation, and stocked sales floors
- Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic
- Maintain knowledge of outdoor trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

- One or more years in sales or service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to evaluate customer needs and make recommendations
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Outdoor lifestyle or related field experience
