Support holiday jewellery shopping at Hillberg & Berk’s Southcentre Mall store in Calgary through client service, gift wrapping, and POS work.
This seasonal Client Ambassador role is hands-on and client-facing throughout the peak holiday period. You will welcome clients, help them find suitable pieces, and keep experiences smooth from start to finish. Daily work also includes shipment, replenishment, stockroom accuracy, packaging, and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and help them find jewellery they love
Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
Maintain accurate, organized stockroom inventory
Wrap gifts and package purchases carefully
Operate POS and maintain visual standards
Requirements:
One to two years of retail or similar experience
Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
Ability to use a step stool during work
Availability evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bring client service, jewellery presentation, and organized store support to Hillberg & Berk’s seasonal Calgary team.
