Ensure resident care plan is initiated in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary teamCommunicate with relatives regarding the care and condition of respective residentsLiaise with attending physicians, psychiatrists, consultants, social workers, clergy, relatives or responsible persons, as well as other members of the Residents and Guest Services team to ensure effective resident care is providedAssists and attends to care needs of the residents, including administration of medications as requiredMaintains work and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary mannerParticipates as a member of the Memory Care Services team and provides support to the other members of the Resident and Guest Attendant teamObserves and adheres to all policies and procedures,
