Protect guests and employees at Playtime Casino through gaming-floor security, rapid response, and high-level customer service. This casual role pays $20.85 per hour.
As a Security Officer, you oversee casino security while supporting a comfortable setting. You monitor gaming operations under provincial regulations, applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Your work includes access control, alarm monitoring, investigations, reporting, First Aid, and medical attention.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence across the gaming floor
Respond quickly to guest inquiries and security needs
Control facility access, especially sensitive areas
Monitor alarm panels and control and issue keys
Write reports, maintain logs, and conduct investigations
Requirements:
Minimum six months of security experience
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Solid customer service, communication, and analytical skills
Gaming Security Officer training or valid BC Security License
Serving It Right certificate before starting
