Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Members and Guests
Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and merchandising
Oversee product production, packaging, and presentation
Monitor sales, margins, labour costs, and expenses

Requirements:
Exceptional Guest service skills
Previous Guest Service or leadership experience
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
