The Development Officer develops relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and community partners. This role researches prospects, prepares grant proposals, and coordinates donor communications. It also supports fundraising plans, campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in fundraising, communications, business, or related fields
Two to four years of fundraising or development experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Qualified relationship-building ability and attention to detail
Microsoft Office and donor database or CRM proficiency
