This Talent Acquisition Intern supports intern and recent graduate recruitment strategy within Kiewit’s University Recruiting team. Develop foundational business knowledge while aligning candidate interests and skills with prospects. Learn established recruiting processes, systems, and tools, and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist sourcing initiatives for university and external candidates
Engage candidates through campus recruiting activities and communications
Align candidate qualifications with available business opportunities
Learn recruiting processes, systems,



tools, and hiring components
Understand labor markets and talent supply for assigned roles

Requirements:
Study Human Resources or an equivalent bachelor’s degree
Have prior HR internship experience, preferably
Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and interpersonal settings
Organize work, manage time, and meet deadlines
Work independently and collaboratively toward goals and objectives

Strengthen university recruiting capabilities through sourcing, candidate communication, and talent strategy exposure within Kiewit’s HR organization.
