Under the Food Service Manager, the Server follows proper food service procedures while supporting resident dining. This role emphasizes prompt service, presentation, and knowledge of menus and à la carte specials. Servers accommodate special dietary needs and preferences while maintaining the dining room between meals.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve food according to proper food service procedures
Provide prompt customer service to residents and guests
Take accurate orders and explain menu specials
Clean and set up the dining room between meals
Provide tray service for residents

Requirements:
Solid working knowledge of all menus
Knowledge of à la carte specials
Ability to serve special dietary needs and preferences
Full availability Monday through Sunday
Availability for potential 7:00am to 2:30pm shifts
