Stockroom organization and merchandise updates define this full-time Operations Consultant position at Sephora Canada’s Market Mall store in Calgary.
Working with the Operations Supervisor, you will support client service, shipment processing, and inventory control. The position includes maintaining Sephora merchandising concepts, processing transfers and damages, and assisting with cashier training on POS and MPOS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipments promptly and organize the stockroom
- Process transfers, damages, testers, and visual elements
- Communicate inventory concerns and missing pieces to supervisors
- Maintain cashier-zone cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Assist with client service and cashier POS training
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or client service experience
- Stockroom experience preferred
- Positive computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
