Manage real business challenges with Enterprise during a fulltime Winnipeg co-op, developing fleet management and customer relationship skills. The internship runs January through August 2027.

As a paid Management Internship Program participant, you will gain practical experience while working alongside peers in a team-based setting. The internship offers university students exposure to business management, customer care, marketing strategies, and relationship building. Students work eight months during the winter co-op term.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop skills for managing a vehicle fleet
Provide care for Enterprise customers
Create marketing strategies
Build customer and coworker relationships
Use learned skills on intern projects

Requirements:
Be a current university student
Have an expected graduation date by June 2028
Attend the University of Manitoba or University of Winnipeg Co-Op Program
Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Have no DWI or DUI convictions within five years

Gain hands-on fleet management, customer service, and marketing experience through Enterprise's Winnipeg management internship.
