Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
Clean and tidy the club according to established standards
Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and club processes




Promote Black Card amenities and membership options
Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately

Requirements:
High School diploma or progress toward completion
One year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience
Verbal and written communication skills
WHMIS certification
First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
