This permanent, full time position leads SharePoint Online and digital content platforms within the Ministry of Technology and Innovation. You will design and maintain information architectures, support digital adoption, and improve content quality. Key tools include Umbraco, WalkMe, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, security, and compliance requirements
Develop PMO dashboards, RAID logs, calendars, and metadata structures
Research emerging technologies and implement AI-enabled solutions
Provide secondary administration for the hello1GX Umbraco portal
Analyze traffic, user behaviour,



and client service data

Requirements:
University graduation in information management, information technology, or related discipline
Four years’ experience with SharePoint architecture and navigation design
Four years’ experience creating WalkMe inline assistance resources
Four years’ experience with Umbraco site architecture and digital assets
Four years’ experience producing actionable engagement reports
