The Meat Manager develops department staff and manages store operations, inventory control, product presentation, and labour costs. This position supports customer needs through product knowledge, superior service, and organized merchandising. It also maintains company, food safety, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach, train, develop, and manage direct reports
Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, sales, and margins
Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present products
Maintain food safety and regulatory procedures
Coordinate equipment maintenance and required repairs

Requirements:
Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
Meat experience preferred
High School Diploma
Financial report and budget management experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and solid communication skills
