Key Responsibilities:
Host personalized and memorable client shopping experiences
Drive individual sales toward the monthly store sales plan
Coach associates on engagement, conversion, and styling techniques
Train new hires and facilitate product knowledge sessions
Maintain visual standards and brand guideline compliance

Requirements:
Two or more years’ supervisory retail experience
