Wilmac Construction needs a hands-on supervisor who coordinates trades, tracks productivity, and maintains high-quality work. You will interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules while communicating progress with Project Managers and Superintendents. Commercial construction experience and practical problem-solving are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate carpenters, laborers, subcontractors, and site activities
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain protected work practices
Monitor quality control and resolve issues proactively
Communicate daily progress to project leadership




Help maintain schedules and productivity targets

Requirements:
Five or more years of commercial construction experience
Experience leading crews as a foreman or supervisor
Understanding of commercial construction practices and safety standards
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and blueprint-reading ability
